This was recently recorded in Moscow. There wsn't any information provided other than it was recorded by an EMT supervisor, and the tunnel had been closed to traffic for inspection or whatnot, so perhaps wasn't newsworthy because nobody inconvenienced other than having to do detours.
Anyway, the man sustained very grave injuries.
I'm wondering, though, what the hell happened?!? Doesn't look like any other vehicles involved or whatnot!
